Oliver Asadi has teamed up with Japanese punk duo Afrirampo to record an odd but interesting single called LIONSAPIEN. Musically the track is less about punk and more about an exotic blend of rhythms and chants. The lyrics are amusingly mind-boggling, but the animated video is divine.
Oliver 'King Lion' Asadi is from Leeds (UK), in his music he combines elements of old eastern ethnic instrumentation with contemporary sounds & technology to create an unconventional sound palette.
