I Got Worms is not a confession, they are a three piece punk band from Indianapolis, IN - fronted by by husband and wife Dave and Jen and rounded out with their friend Austin on drums.
Their latest release, Endorphins Are Good is about the love-hate relationship most have with jogging. The song starts off like most jogs starts out - a little more quiet and mild - and as the runner's high/endorphins kicks in the fills out - mimicking the runner's high. A classic punk driving guitar and an anthemic vocal style that is reminiscent of Ten Pole Tudor. The track is a whole lotta fun and perfect for your work out or maybe just working out if all that exercise is worth it.
Dave, the primary lyricist and guitarist was heavily influence by country rock in the late 80's and 90's and punk in the late 90's and early '00's, which gives them a unique blend of country and punk.
