It can be quite tricky to write a theme tune, it is even harder to write a decent theme tune with a vocal, but AL1CE have accomplished just that with their latest release The Dead Lucky Theme Song. There's a big percussive engine, flickering electronica and an fine melodic vocal pulling everything together into an elegant recording, which sounds exactly like a theme song.
As the band explain "'The Dead Lucky Theme Song' was literally created for the comic book series The Dead Lucky by Image Comics. We were approached by the writer of the series and asked to collaborate to write an official theme song! We fell in love with the comic book series and became instant friends with the writer."
