Floating in with a distinct air of oddness, this is Bellza with Shining Balloon. An enjoyable low-key strum-along with vocals which sound like daydreamed thoughts sung aloud. What sets this apart from a lot of bedroom indie is the terrific use of wonky keyboard sounds, lifting the recording dynamics just enough to provide that extra twist of charm.
