‘Deva’ from Psychedelic Indie- Pop band ‘Tropica’ is dreamy, jangly and delectably danceable with an elegant pop sensibility. The sparkling tune grabs you by the hand and beckons you to skip through an indie-pop poppy field.
Tropica are a 5-piece band from Wuppertal, Germany. The band formed in 2018 from a collection of 70's loving musical nerds who met at a time of wanting to make music the centre of their lives and who all just couldn't get enough of the Beatles.
"Songs are like people, everyone has a character of their own. Our setlist is a party and
everyone is invited. Daft Punk are mixing Cocktails, Tame Impala at the turntables, Jim
Morrison is about to set the whole house on fire, while Pink Floyd are collecting people's
restraints like jackets at the door so they can jump off the roof into the pool. Somewhere in
between the Beatles share a funny cigarette with Mac Demarco. Some swim, some sink,
some slip and kiss the poolside. So far everyone has had a blast though"
