I took an instant liking to Chichala by Brooklyn's Gitkin, mainly because I could imagine this playing along whilst I was cooking. Maybe it is the 'buttering-toast' rhythm or the ethnic flavours, maybe even the rootsy ingredients? As instrumentals go, this one makes you feel upbeat without over egging the recipe. Give it a listen.
