London based outfit ‘Beige Banquet’ never disappoint. This serving of ‘Cold Yoghurt’ taken from the album ‘Beta’ is no exception. If in an alternative universe the B52s and Joy Division got together and overdosed on caffeine, this may well have been the result. Irresistible drum machines and manic guitars burrow into your cerebral cortex in a twisting and delicious blend of order and chaos. ‘Cold Yoghurt’ is hot stuff!
