This is a rather raucous track by Andy Gerold called Six Pills and a Bullet, a hard rock industrial song about "drug addiction and looking for a way out". Andy is a multi-instrumentalist and songwriter and has been in quite a few bands over the years, he's even played bass with Marilyn Manson.
Anyway, this is a quality production, apart from the blistering noise, I really like the synth elements. Please whack up the volume and give it a listen.
